As a certified lash and brow lamination specialist she combines technical expertise with creative touch to give her clients eyes that radiate confidence. Alina believes in the power of self-care and strives to create a transformative experience that not only enhances your outer beauty but also nourishes your inner well-being.
Autumn Bass
Baltimore Location
Autumn is a Dallas native and graduated from the Ogle School of Hair, Skin & Nails in 2017. She gained her Laser Certification from the National Laser Institute after graduating from esthetician school and spent a few years working with lasers in her home state.
After moving to the East Coast she entered the luxury hospitality service in DC, only giving the highest level of service and catering to all of her clients needs.
After having her first beautiful child during Covid and being a stay-at-home mom, she is ecstatic to bring her fun-loving personality to the Keel.

Heather Lins has held a lifelong passion for esthetics and in 2006 she made the choice to make a career of it! She loves sharing knowledge and expertise to help clients conquer any skincare challenges they may be experiencing. Heather has found that between each of our skincare lines there is a solution for every skin type! She finds it rewarding to be able to make others feel good about themselves and strives to make every client feel beautiful inside and out.
Renee Carparelli

Licensed Esthetician and Skincare Specialist since 2011. Renee began her career as an Esthetician in Cranston, Rhode Island. She graduated from Empire Beauty School of Cosmotology.
Renee spent many years as a stay-at-home mom caring for two amazing boys until it was time to send them off to school full time. Renee chose to return to the work force, but only to do something she was very passionate about, hence a career in skincare. Renee is privileged to work with a very diverse clientele, those new to facials to the most discerning spa devotees. As a dedicated professional, she continues her professional development through advanced education courses and by staying current with new skin care treatments.
Renee combines cutting edge clinical treatments and plant based facials that are specifically tailored to her client’s needs that deliver results that are both immediate and long lasting.

Samantha has been a skin specialist for over 20 years. Throughout her career, facial products have advanced and she has worked with numerous product lines. She believes in using products that are plant-based and contain natural acids without parabens, alcohol, or synthetics. The natural products she uses creates changes in your skin with a non-invasive approach that hydrates and firms the skin. She specializes in the prevention and correction of sun damage, acne, and inflammation and assists the skin in successfully aging.
